Chef Adam Bowen has a reputation for delighting even the pickiest of palates with his modern twists on traditional dishes and flavors. And with over fifteen years of extensive training and experience leading kitchens and culinary programs for the likes of Chef Jose Garces and Steven Starr, that reputation is well earned.

Chef Bowen’s passion for food was already well established when began his professional journey at the Academy of Culinary Arts, but it is there he fell in love with Spanish and French cuisine, and began bringing his own artistic flair to his food. Chef Bowen now brings his contemporary style paired with bold flavor profiles to Cape May’s chicest beachfront dining destination, SeaSalt Restaurant.
